breakfast buffet great service friendly staff
The breakfast buffet was quite good with a variety of well-organized items. The hotel was a short walk from the Colosseum. The staff was kind, friendly, and provided great service (very grateful for their assistance).
The power to the outlets went dead when I removed my keycard from the slot, so my phone and alarm didn't work.

a decent experience
central location kind staff various options tasty buffet
i liked the hotel location. it was close to many tourist spots like the colosseum, and the staff were very kind. breakfast had a lot of variety. the breakfast buffet was tasty.
the bathroom needed better cleaning. i observed water residue and water spots in certain areas. this detracted from the overall cleanliness.

A Romantic Valentine's Getaway!
special decoration really good customer service convenient location
The staff were great with decorations, and Rosa and Valeria provided really good customer service. The location was very convenient, near the Colosseum, a metro station, and a bus stop (making it easy to explore the city). The hotel arranged airport transfers, made our arrival and departure stress-free.
The air conditioning did not work well . The room felt hot, and it was nothing like the pictures online.

The hotel provides easy access to transportation, including a bus station and metro, both are in close proximity, giving you freedom to explore. Main attractions and essential services are within reasonable walking distance from the hotel. I found it easy to get around.

Breakfast had a varied buffet including fresh options. I thought it was a surprisingly good offering. There are many cafes and restaurants just a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum (I always enjoyed my morning coffee nearby!).

The Beautiful Double Room was clean, the bed mattress was excellent, my wife found it quite comfortable. Our room also had a large bathroom and a bathtub (this was a nice surprise, I wasn't expecting it).

good breakfast friendly staff empty hand soap stolen slippers
i really enjoyed the breakfast! it included a good variety of pastries plus cereals. i also found the staff very friendly, especially during check-in, so that's a big plus!!!
the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. i noticed it wasn't refilled even after a couple of reminders. someone stole the slippers from the room, too. so disappointing!!!
